The CARE House Helping Hands / Shaping Futures
Volunteers lend their hearts and hands every day in helping to shape better futures for abused children.
With the thousands of hours they contribute each year, the volunteers help CARE House build its capacity to serve more children and families.
Volunteers are needed to support many of the CARE House programs and services.
Among the volunteer opportunities at CARE House:
CARE House Ambassador Program: Help lead and deliver child abuse prevention education trainings in the community. Currently at capacity.
CASA [Janice Morganroth CASA Program]: We train this volunteer to serve as a special advocate for an abused or neglected child. After completing training, the 6th Judicial Circuit Family Division appoints them to children in foster care, where they serve as their consistent supportive adult figure.
